Rinca – Komodo 3D/2N (2 nights at Hotel)

Day 1: Denpasar-Labuan Bajo
Our guide will pick you at the airport and direct transfer to the hotel. If you have enough time, you can visit the Mirror cave (Batu Cermin).

Day 2: Rinca- Komodo Full day Trip
Early morning, our guide will pick you at the hotel and transfer to the harbor for Komodo and Rinca. It will take you about four hours to arrive in Komodo Island. Go ashore and do the trekking with the ranger to see the Komodo dragons and other wild life such as wild boar, deer, and birds. After the trekking go back to the boat and sail to Rinca via Pink beach to do the snorkeling. Lunch on Board. Upon arrival in Rinca, do another trekking with the ranger to see the Komodo dragons, wild boar, monkeys, water buffalo and some species of birds. After the trekking, sail back to Labuan Bajo and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Check out

Maumere – Rinca 5D 4N

Days 01: Bali – Maumere – Moni (L-D)
On arrival in Frans Seda airport of Maumere, you will be welcomed and meet by your tour guide. Lunch will be served at local restaurant, than continue the trip to Moni through of Paga & Wolowaru Village. Arrive in Moni check in at bungalows or similar for dinner and overnight.

Days 02 : Moni – Kelimutu – Moni – Bajawa (B-L-D)
This trip will start at 04.30 am, drive up to the amazing view of tree colored lake of Kelimutu and enjoy the sunrise. Drive back to the hotel for breakfast, than continue the trip to Ende. Lunch at local restaurant, drive to Bajawa with stop Nanga Penda to see the Blue Stone. If time is permit your guide will take you to Soa enjoy the hot spring water, then check in at hotel for dinner and overnight.

Days 03 : Bajawa – Bena – Ruteng – Labuan Bajo (B-L-D)
After breakfast, first trip to visit Bena the Traditional Village of Bajawa. Then continue the trip to Ruteng, with stop Aimere to see the “ARAK” distillation and fresh pal juice tapping. Lunch will serve at local restaurant. After wards, continue drive to Labuan Bajo with stop at Cancar Spider Rice Filed. On arrival in Labuan Bajo direct check in at hotel for dinner and overnight

Days 04 : Labuan Bajo – Rinca Island – Bidadari (B-L-D)
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to the harbor catch the traditional wooden boat sail to Rinca Island. On arrival, trekking at Loh Buaya Rinca Island to explore the wild Komodo Dragons and other wild animals and many kind of birds. After trekking sail to Bidadari Island for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing in unspoiled coral reef and many kind of fish. Dinner and overnight on boat.

Days 05 : Bidadari – Labuan Bajo – Mirror Cave – Bali (B)
Breakfast on boat, than sail to Labuan Bajo direct transfer to the airport with stop visiting the huge Batu Cermin (Mirror Cave). Fly back to Bali.

KOMODO TOUR AND COLOL COFFEE PROCESING

Day 1: Denpasar- Labuan Bajo
Upon your arrival, our guide will welcome you at the airport and direct transfer to harbor for the Rinca trip. It will take you two hours to reach Rinca. In Rinca you’ll accompanied by the local ranger to explore the Rinca Island. Here you’ll see the Komodo dragons, water buffalo, wild boar, and other wild life. Back to the boat and do the snorkeling around Rinca Island. After the snorkeling, sail to Kalong Island near Komodo Island to see the fruit bats. Overnight on board.

Day 2: Komodo Island- Labuan Bajo
Early morning wake up and do the trekking in Komodo Island to see the Komodo dragons and other wild life. After the trekking, back to the boat for Pink beach. Here you can do the snorkeling to discover the richness of its underwater. Lunch will provide on the boat. Afterwards, sail back to Labuan Bajo and stay overnight in the Hotel.

Day 3: Labuan Bajo- Colol
Today we drive to Colol via Ruteng town. Along the way you’ll stop at Cancar to see the Spider Web Rice field. Lunch at  Ruteng town. After lunch a visit to Liang Bua cave, the place where they found the Homo Florensis. Homo Florensis claim to be the new homo, lived about 18.000 years ago. Back to Ruteng and drive directly to Colol village. Overnight at Colol village.

Day 4: Colol Coffee Processing
Today the local people will invite you to their farm to see the coffee processing. They will offer you the traditional tools which you can use in the farm. These tools are Roka (a basket to collect the coffee), Kaet (a wood which used to bend to coffee three). In the farm it starts with a ceremony of a thanks giving to the new harvest. This ceremony calls Tapa Kolo means make the bamboo rice. The leader will pray to the ancestors through a chicken (torok manuk) to express their gratitude of the harvest and ask the good harvest in the year to come. The blood of the chicken then will mix with the rice before it cooks. After the ceremony, the harvest starts. You can join them harvesting the coffee while waiting for the bamboo rice done. After the bamboo rice and the chicken done, they will offer the little part to the ancestors. This ceremony calls teing hang helang. It will place in a small altar in the farm. They just take some part of the chicken and a little bamboo rice. Then you can enjoy the experience of eating the bamboo rice. After this ceremony, the local people will show you how to process the coffee, such us grinding using the traditional tools such as Ngencung and Alu (mortar and pestle). Normally this job does by the women. You can see how they prepare the seedlings, how they fried the coffee (cero) and how they grind it in the traditional ways (tuk). The Locals use to believe that the traditional grinded coffee (kopi tuk) is more delicious than the one grinded with the machine. Overnight in the village.

Day 5: Colol- Labuan Bajo
Today we depart again to Labuan Bajo. Along the way we will see the old Cathedral in Ruteng town. Onward, we will see the traditional house of Manggarai in Ruteng Puu. Lunch will be in Ruteng. Stay overnight in the hotel in Labuan Bajo.

Day 6: Check out
Your guide will arrange your pick up time to the airport. If time possible, you can visit Batu Cermin (Mirror cave).

Rinca-Komodo 4D/3N

Day 01 : Bali – Labuan Bajo – Komodo Island (Lunch, Dinner)
Pick up service at your hotel and transfer to the airport catch domestic flight to Labuan Bajo ,West Manggarai ,East Nusa Tenggara Florest island, upon arrival you will pick up by our local guide than proceed to the hotel for check in , embark to Komodo island, lunch box are provide on board. after 4 hours boating we arrive in Komodo island (Loh Buaya) , early evening arrive at the island, Dinner and accommodation on boat.

Day 02 : Komodo Island – Pink Beach – Rinca Island (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
After breakfast, start trekking through walking trails enter the typical dry forest to explore the Komodo dragon, island it self, wild animals and various species of tropical birds.A ranger will guide you through this trip, you are not allowed walk alone to enter this preserve nature, you can see the young komodo dragon on the trees, Return to boat and proceed to Pantai Merah (Pink Beach) Pantai Merah (Pink Beach) ,you can enjoy swimming & snorkeling the beautiful ,coral reefs and colorful fishes .Lunch on board, after that continue to Rinca Island, dinner and accommodation on boat.

Day 03 : Rinca Island – Bidadari Island – Labuan Bajo (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Early breakfast on board, start continue trekking in rinca island, walking through the dry savannah to explore the Komodo dragon, island itself, wild animals and various species of birds. You will see the wild horses, wild buffalo, deer (rusa) and boar. sometime you will find the young Komodo dragon are on the trees. A local ranger will lead you to enter this conservation Park. Embark to boat and proceed to Pantai Bidadari for a swimming and snorkeling. Lunch provided on board. After lunch we will return to Labuan Bajo. Arrive in Labuan bajo directly to the Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 04 : Labuan Bajo – Denpasar (Breakfast)
Breakfast at hotel than proceed to sight seeing visit mirror stone cave and traditional Market ,after that transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Denpasar, Upon arrival transfer to your original Hotel. Tour end, we wish you have a wonderful trip with us.

6D/5N FLORES KOMODO TRIP

Day 1:
Pick up by our representative for your transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Maumere, Flores. Upon your arrival at Frans Seda airport, you’ll pick up by our guide and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Maumere-Moni (±100 Km):
Early in the morning depart from Maumere to Moni. On the way you’ll visit Wuring, a Bajonese fishing village. Afterwards, you’re heading to Ledalero museum. Here you can see the various ikat weavings of Flores, stegodon fossil and so on. From Ledalero, you’ll visit Sikka, the village which the first Portuguese colony. Here, you’ll see the old Church built in 1899. After Sikka, continue to Paga beach, here your lunch will be served in local restaurant. On the way to Moni, you will visit Wolowaru, the traditional house of Lio then to the hotel in Moni. Here the hotels are no Ac. Moni is cold and located just under the slope of Kelimutu.

Day 3: Moni-Bajawa:
Wake up early in the morning at 4 o’clock departure for tree color lakes of Kelimutu. A short walk (30 minutes) will take you to the look point to wait for the
Sunrise. Kelimutu means Mountain of the Spirits known for its famous 3 color lakes which often changes it colors.  It’s the dissolved minerals that give the different colors. You’ll have breakfast after return to the hotel. The trip will continue through the beautiful landscape via Ende to Bajawa with stops at Soekarno’s House in Ende, at the green stone beach Pengga Jawa, beautiful views of the Ebulobo volcano and before Bajawa a stop at traditional village Wogo.

Day 4: Bajawa-Labuan Bajo (±270 km):
In the morning visit to the traditional village of Bena. Besides still intact with the megalith stones and old houses, this village has beautiful views of Mount Inerie. The trip then continues to Labuan Bajo. On the way to Labuan Bajo visit Lake Rana Mese, Ruteng town, and spider web rice fields at Cancar. Lunch will be in the restaurant in Ruteng. Afternoon at leisure in Labuan Bajo.

Day 5: Rinca-Bidadari Island
Our purpose today is to see the Komodo dragon. This largest living lizard on earth lives on 4 islands Rinca, Nusa Kode, Gili Motang & Komodo and some parts of West Flores. Its length can go up to 3 meters with weight of up to 90 kilo. Breakfast at hotel and transfer to the harbor to depart for Rinca Island. This trip over blue tropical waters and past hundreds of small island will take approximately 2 hours. On our visit to Rinca island we make a walk (1-2 hours) with a local ranger in search of the Komodo dragons. Rinca is also home for wild water buffalo, deer, pigs and various species of tropical birds. Afterwards heading for Bidadari island and discover the splendid underwater world of these rich waters. Return to Labuan Bajo will take around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the harbor transfer to the hotel in Labuan Bajo for overnight.

Day 6: Labuan Bajo – Denpasar (B)
Breakfast at hotel at Leisure until transfer you to the Airport for next destination.

FLORES OVERLAND-RINCA ISLAND

Day 1: Denpasar-Maumere.
Upon your arrival at Frans Seda  airport, you’ll be welcomed by your guide and transfer to Hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your hotel.

Day 2: Maumere-Moni
After breakfast a visit to Wuring, the Bajonese fishing village. On the way too Moni you’ll visit Museum Ledalero. Here you can see various collections of ikat weavings from different part of Flores Island, various music instruments, and prehistoric animal’s fossils such as stegodon (massive elephant found in Flores).  After Ledalero museum, visit Sikka village, the first colony of Portuguese on this region. Lunch at Paga beach. On the way to Moni, you’ll visit Jopu, the Lionese traditional village. Overnight at Moni.

Day 3: Moni-Kelimutu-Bajawa
Early in the morning you’ll hike the Kelimutu three color lakes. It takes you about an hour to reach the pick. Breakfast after the visit to Kelimutu. On the way to Bajawa you’ll visit the Soekarno’s Museum at Ende and the blue stones at Pengga Jawa. Lunch at Ende. Along the way you’ll see the beautiful Ebulobo’s view. Before Bajawa a visit to Wogo, the Ngadhans traditional houses. Overnight at Bajawa.

Day 4: Bajawa
After breakfast you’ll visit Bena. Here you can see the pairs of Ngadhu and Bhaga in front of this traditional village. Besides, Bena also presents magnificent view to its surrounding such us mount Inerie. After Bena, you’ll drive back to Bajawa and direct to Soa hot spring. On the way you’ll visit Naru village. Come back to the hotel at afternoon time.

Day 5: Bajawa –Ruteng
After your breakfast at hotel, you’ll continue your tour to Ruteng. You’ll stop at Aimere to see “arak” process. Lunch at Borong. On the way to Ruteng a short stop at Rana Mese Lake. Upon your arrival at Ruteng, you’ll visit Ruteng Pu’u. Here you’ll see the Manggaraian traditional house. Before the check in at Hotel, a short visit to the old Cathedral.

Day 6: Ruteng-Labuan Bajo
After your breakfast you’ll continue to Labuan Bajo. On the way you’ll visit the spider web rice field at Cancar. Along the way to Labuan Bajo, you’ll enjoy the beautiful view. Lunch at a restaurant at Labuan Bajo. Overnight at Labuan Bajo.

Day 7: Rinca-Bidadari Island.
Early in the morning after your breakfast at hotel, you’ll visit Rinca Island to see the Komodo dragons. It takes you about 2 hours sailing with the wooden boat. There you’ll accompanied by the local guide in your adventure to see the Komodo dragons and other wild life such as buffalo, deer, monkeys, etc. The ranger will take you around about two hours. After Rinca Island you’ll go to Bidadari Island to do the snorkeling. Here you can witness the richness of the island’s underwater. Lunch will be provided on the boat. In the afternoon come back to the hotel for overnight.

Day 8: Check Out
Breakfast at hotel and stay at hotel while waiting for the transfer to the airport. If time possible, you’ll visit the Mirror Cave, just around Labuan Bajo.

FLORES KOMODO 9D/8N

Day 1: IN – Maumere
Upon arrival at Maumere on the island of Flores you will be welcomed by our local guide. Transfer in to Wailiti or Sea World Club for overnight.

Day 2: Maumere – Moni (B) +/- 100 km
After Breakfast visit Ledalero Museum. In this small museum you will see a collection of woven Ikats and precious stones. Onwards, visit Sikka for its old church from 1899 and Ikat weaving process. At Paga Beach a moment to relax and if you like you can swim here. Before arrive Moni a visit Traditional village of Wolowaru. You’ll stay overnight in Moni.

Day 3: Moni – Riung (B)  180 km
Early morning departure to the Kelimutu volcanoto catch the sunrise. Kelimutu means Mountain of the Spirits. Known for its famous 3 color lakes which often changes its colors.  It’s the dissolved minerals that give the different colors. Breakfast time after return to the hotel.. Continue through beautiful landscape via Ende to Riung. This trip will take you from the south coast, with stop at green stone beach Pengga Jawa, to the dryer north coast of Flores The last part of the road is still in a poor state.
Overnight in Riung

Day 4: 17 islands (B,L)
Today a boat trip to the National Park 17 islands near Riung. Here a great variety of fish and coral can be seen. Snorkels are included in the tour. But the first stop is at the hundreds of Flying Foxes that hang in the mangrove forests near the coast. Lunch at one of the remote islands. On return to Riung rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Pondok SVD

Day 5: Riung – Bajawa (B) 72 km
In the morning depart for Bajawa. En route visit Soa hot spring where the hot water boils to the surface. You can take a bath if you like. In the afternoon visit Wogo a traditional village. Overnight Silverin or in Bajawa

Day 6: Bajawa – Ruteng (B) 133 km
In the morning a visit to the traditional village of Bena. Besides still intact with the megalith stones and the old houses, this village has beautiful location with views of Mount Inerie.. Onwards, depart for Ruteng. On the way visit Lake Rana Mese and Ruteng Puu to see the traditional house of Manggarai ethnick. Overnight Santa Maria or Dahlia Hotel in Ruteng.

Day 7: Ruteng – Labuan Bajo – Rinca (B,L,D) 137 km
Morning drive to Labuan Bajo. En route visit spider web rice fields at Cancar. On arrival at Labuan Bajo direct transfer to the boat. Here boarding to cross to less famous Rinca Island. Lunch on board. After 2 ½ hour sailing we reach Loh Buaya. Led by a local ranger for the trekking through forest and savanna. Komodo Dragons are often spotted on the way. From the highest point on this hike a beautiful panorama of the surrounding island. Dinner and overnight* on Board

Day 8: Komodo Island & Pink Beach – Labuan Bajo
Early breakfast on board and departure for Komodo island for another trekking. Back to Labuan Bajo via Pink Beach. Here you’ll discover the richness of its underwater (snorkels and fins are provided). Return to Labuan Bajo will take around 4 hours. Overnight at a hotel in Labuan Bajo.

Day 9: Check Out
After breakfast, stay at hotel while waiting for the transfer. If time is possible, you’ll visit Batu Cermin, the mirror cave.

Day 2: Bajawa –Ruteng
After having breakfast at your hotel, you are heading for Bena traditional village. At Bena, you’ll witness the remaining of Ngadha tradition such as pairs of Ngadhu and Bhaga. Bena also presents a spectacular panorama to Mount Inerie. After Bena, you are heading for Ruteng. Along the way you will see the arak process in Aimere, then lunch in Borong. You also will visit Ranamese Lake, just before you enter Ruteng. Over night at Ruteng.

Day 3: Ruteng-Labuan Bajo-Rinca Island.
After breakfast, you are heading for Labuan Bajo. Along the way you’ll visit Cancar, a spider web rice field. Upon your arrival at Labuan Bajo you will be transferred to the harbor for Rinca Island. Its two hours trip for Rinca Island. There you will do the trekking with the local ranger to see the komodo dragons and other wild life such as water buffalo, deer, monkey, wild boar, birds, etc. Rinca presents nice panorama view. After the trekking you’ll heading for Kalong Island to see the fruit bats. Overnight on board.

Day 4: Bidadari- Out
After breakfast, you are heading for Bidadari Island for the snorkeling. Here you will discover the underwater richness of Bidadari Island. Lunch on board. After lunch you are heading for the airport for check in.

WHAT TO BRING:
Dress is casual. Clothing should be light, preferably cotton with at least one long sleeved shirt and pants. Bathing suit, thongs or sandals and sneakers or walking boots, lots of film, camera, replacement batteries, and spares. Women please note Indonesia is a mostly Muslim country and custom dictates modesty. Please be well covered on shore excursions. Bring one light sweater or jacket as it can get cool in the highlands. Also bring sun-screen, insect repellent, sunglasses, sunhat, swimmers. Please advise beforehand if you have any special dietary requirements. Beer is available at local rates. Bring also your passport, visa, airline tickets, local currency and or US$ in small denominations.
